A creative gift might come in the form of a canceled meeting that gives you an unplanned moment to pick up your sketchbook, knitting needles, or baking tools, or even just to daydream. The gift might be something truly material—a new set of paints, a ticket to an event you want to attend, a new outfit that has that special power to make you feel more creative. And, of course, the gift might be an idea, something that pops unexpectedly into your head on your commute, washes over you in the shower, or comes to you in a dream.”
